I was at the Move Your Booty session. It was amazing, I learned alot and felt really good after leaving the session.
Thanks so much :o)
I really enjoyed the program “Move Your Bootie” today. It was the most enjoyable presentation I have attended at one of our in-services.
I attended both of your presentations at our inservice yesterday. Your story is truly amazing. Your presentations are always informative, interesting, and fun!
Eliz, you were wonderful. Your knowledge, personality, energy, and enthusiasm made this session fun and invigorating. Your stories, quick wit, humor, and music brought everyone’s energy level up. Did you look around the room? I would say 99% of the people in the room were smiling WHILE exercising. WOW – that says it ALL!!!!!
Eliz,
First met you at our Student Services in-service a year ago, you are awesome and the session yesterday was excellent.
I really enjoyed the session. I hope you come back next year.
Thanks for another amazing day of sharing how to take care of ourselves. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
