  • I truly enjoyed your presention Wed Nov 25th I am a person who needed to learn about taking on too much, ok to say no. Divorced since 1990 have one daughter in college away Univ St Thomas in Minn, which in some ways good I can not get involved in parent things as I need at DSHA her high school years. I lost my mother this past Jan, she did not live with me but stop before work, after work and did her cleaning, cooking the night before and ran a medical practice of 5 doctors and 25 employees. Time for me just never happened and still does not now even with her gone. But after listening to you really made me think about the amount of stress I have and what I need to do. I picked up my daughter from airport that night and told her all about the presentation and talked to her about her busy life at school and what we need to do. Thank you.
