  • I truly enjoyed your presentation today. I have been putting off getting my cholesterol checked but after hearing you today i have scheduled it. Wish you continued good health and success.

  • I am forwarding this website address to all the women @ Cudahy City Hall.
Strike that, to all users, men could pass this on to the women in their lives too.

  • Dear Eliz,
Thank you for speaking at the Women of Influence Luncheon at Boerner Botanical Gardens. You were funny, fun and you really spoke to the masses with some common sense advice. It was a pleasurable experience.

  • Thanks Linda! I’m glad you scheduled your screening. That’s moving in the right direction!

Annette – you crack me up! You are right the men can pass it along (they are welcome to read it too!)

Kathi, I had a great time – I’m glad you did too!

  • Dear Eliz,

You are an inspiration to us all! Thank you for the great luncheon. I plan to share your information with the woman’s club I belong to, Root River Junior Woman’s Club.

    Thanks again,

  • I really enjoyed your presentation at the Women of Influence luncheon. Thank you especially for explainging in plain terms why artificial sweeteners are bad. I promise to try and reduce my Diet Coke intake!

  • Thank you Eliz for reminding us of so many things that we KNOW, but that we don’t necessarily ACT on. You are an inspiraton! I plan to move more!

  • Thanks for a great talk, Eliz! It was thoroughly enjoyable and I picked up many helpful hints that I have shared with my daughters. I hope our paths cross again someday!

  • Eliz, I had to laugh when you spoke about your exercise regiment. After the recent birth of my second son, I realized that if the gym would be a part of my life, I’d need 30-hour days! I came up with an alternative: I “wear” my baby. I quit the gym and invested that money in a few high quality baby carriers. I started wearing my baby at Sendik’s, at Target, and to the park. I wore my baby while folding the laundry, unloading the dishwasher, and dusting. Now my 7 pounder is closer to 25, and I still wear him. As a working mom, I cherish the time I am able to spend with my kids; as a bonus, I have found a way to stay fit as well! Thanks for reinforcing the value of a healthy lifestyle!

Mary Lou and Lynn – thanks for spreading the word!

Jill I hope you have good luck with the Diet Coke reduction – I know you’ll feel the difference.

Barbara, you are right we all need to ACT to help our selves be more healthy.

You are all wonderful – I’m still basking in the glow of a great event! Yea Women of Influence.

    WOO HOO!
