I was in your breakout session and loved it. This was my favorite session in the the last 4 years I have attended:) You told us that your Husband would give you what ever you wanted if you exercised for 100 days in a row. You did get the flu around the 80 day mark, but you still continued one day later. Your Husband got you a treadmill. Thank you for the great information!!
