  • It was great listening to you in Chilton. You made me think twice. My father died of a heart attack as did his father.

I’ve recently lost 30+ pounds and keeping it off. The stress of being laid off and job hunting helped with the weight lost. Good news I found a wonderful job. Everyday I work out, I just need to get my cholesterol in check.

It’s too bad my younger sister didn’t hear you. The fact that she smokes, drinks and doesn’t eat properly will someday get the best of her. She doesn’t listen to anyone else, even her own doctors. She looks about 10 -15 years older than she really is because she doesn’t take care of her self.

I’ve given her the book that you gave to all the attendees, hoping that maybe she’ll check out your site.

Keep on with all your wonderful hints and lovely entertainment. If just one person does something different after listening to you and becomes a better healthy person you’ve done your job.
    Take care.
    Beth
