Not excited about eating more fish?
Try this tasty recipe.
6 oz of fresh fish (tuna, talapia, pan fish, red snapper, etc) per person
Mrs. Dash Southwestern Chipotle 10-minute marinade
1 package tortillas
Fresh salsa
Chipotle Mayonnaise (see note)
Shredded romaine lettuce
Shredded cheese
Place fish and enough marinade to cover in a plastic bag. Refrigerate for 10 – 30
minutes.
Grill, bake or broil fish then flake onto serving dish.
Assemble tacos by wrapping fish, Chipotle mayo, salsa, cheese and lettuce in tortilla.
*use purchased Chipotle Mayonnaise or make your own combining 2 parts low
fat mayo with 1 part Mrs. Dash Southwestern Chipotle 10-minute marinade.
