Did you know several short bursts of activity during the day can be as beneficial as one 30 minute session?

It’s true!

It is also a great strategy to use on the road.  Yesterday as I flew to Connecticut for today’s Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Council Event in Hartford, I took a 10 minute walk in each airport… pretty easy to do if you have to change gates, or get to baggage claim!

I’ll be sharing “Move Your Bootie” tips at the event today and we’ll be chatting about stress too!  (yes, the bowling ball and chainsaw traveled to Connecticut too).

Were you at the event today?

  • Eliz,
Enjoyed seeing you again in Hartford. Thank you so much for being our presenter for our event. You and Ellen did magnificent jobs.

The main thing I took away from the event was how easy it is to get some exercise without actually having a set exercise program.

Thank you again for helping the Women’s Leadership Committee members to get the word out about being heart healthy.

    • Thanks Sydney! It was a pleasure to work with you and all the Farm Bureau women – and I agree, Ellen was wonderful!
