Looking for gifts for an active family member, to keep the kids going or just
something fun and healthy?
Here are my 2007 suggestions to …
Keep the kids (and adults) moving:
Dance Dance Revolution
Cranium Hullabaloo
Twister Moves
Of course bikes, scooters and rollerblades (and the helmets and pads as well) are always good gifts.
Please the fitness fan*:
Garmin Forerunner
SwiMp3 (Underwater MP3 Player)
Nike + iPod Sports Kit
Digiwalker Pedometer
Help manage her stress:
Plan time together: Arrange to take an active class or join a league sport together.
Spa treatments: Always a good choice!
Pajama Gram — She needs her sleep!
*One
note of caution: Unless your loved-one specifically asks for it, fitness gifts, exercise equipment and gym memberships are not good gifts. The treadmill doesn’t say, “I love you.” It says, “You’re fat.”
Enjoy a heart healthy holiday!
