How Well Are You Juggling?

Are you managing the stress of work and home well, or feeling overwhelmed?

Here is a quick quiz to help you gauge your stress level.

  5. How often do you dwell on the things you aren’t able to do rather than celebrating what you accomplish?

If your answers were mostly Hardly Ever you are doing a good job of juggling your responsibilities and your health.  Make sure you are taking time to sleep, eat well, and get enough exercise.

If your answers were mostly Some of the Time you are taking some steps to limit your stress, but should do more.  Learning to see opportunities to say no would be helpful.  Check out this article on Saying No.
