The Biggest Stress at Thanksgiving?

Figuring out if the bird is cooked!

If you are like me, most of the stress in my kitchen at Thanksgiving surrounds whether or not the turkey is done.  My husband and I debate when to pull the bird out of the cooker – timing may not be everything, but it is a big thing at our house!

This year, I think we will be less stressed thanks to this video from North Carolina State University Food Science Experts.  Thanks guys!
