Today I’m presenting Juggling Stress at a Women’s Wellness Event as part of Covenant HealthCare’s 28 Days/28 Way for a Healthy Heart in February. True to form, I’m juggling home and travel. I often joke about how as women we often need to figure out what other people are going to eat to be able to go out and do something for ourselves.
