Eliz Greene’s humorous and information-packed program illuminating how women’s strength lies in our ability to juggle our responsibilities but our health lies in our ability to juggle well. Eliz shares her experiences as a heart attack survivor when she was seven months pregnant with twins and as a caregiver for her father and father-in-law during their battles with cancer. Using props and engaging stories, Eliz provides real-life strategies for daily stress management and dealing with unexpected challenges. Participants will become more aware of how the uniquely female ability to juggle many demands impacts your health; more empowered to give yourself credit, manage stress and deal with challenges as they occur; and more motivated to make at least one change for less stress in your life.

Eliz will also be unveiling her new Busy Woman’s Recharging Kit!
