While many of us worry about the extra sugar we may take in this month, salt is a much bigger concern.

There is so much salt lurking in packaged and restaurant foods, the FDA is considering new guidelines. Salt_shaker

Too much salt raises your blood pressure, makes you retain fluid and is dehydrating.  As a result you may feel bloated, crabby and put your health at risk.

Watch out for sneaky salt in what you eat this season.
