While many of us worry about the extra sugar we may take in this month, salt is a much bigger concern.
There is so much salt lurking in packaged and restaurant foods, the FDA is considering new guidelines.
Too much salt raises your blood pressure, makes you retain fluid and is dehydrating. As a result you may feel bloated, crabby and put your health at risk.
Watch out for sneaky salt in what you eat this season.
