What Are Your Top Three Priorities?

A key element of my program Juggling Stress: A Busy Woman’s Guide to Sanity and Health is naming and focusing on the three most important things in your life.  Understanding your priorities and evaluating decisions based on those priorities is essential to managing stress and maintaining your health.

We are all asked to juggle new things every day.  Some times they are small, but even when the task is small, it may derail your commitment to what is truly important.

In my world, my focus is on:

  • My Family
  • My Business
  • My Health

Each new opportunity is evaluated on whether it supports these three things.  If not, however difficult it may be, I need to say no.  As women, we often have trouble saying no.  I certainly do – unless I’m reminded that:

Saying no to one thing, means saying emphatically YES to what is truly important.

So, what are your three things?

Set your priorities and guard them with the magical word NO!
